Anyone working with children will, at some point, have to deal with some bad attitudes. Actually, it’s not just with kids. It seems as though bad attitudes are an epidemic. I was working with my children at home the other day and we were talking about our attitudes. We were discussing how God wants us to act and what our attitudes should be like.

One of my favorite verses in the Bible is Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” This reminds us of what our minds should be on: God, not ourselves. That’s where most, if not all, of our attitudes come from. We are thinking about ourselves and things aren’t going the way we want them to go.
I decided to put together this ATTITUDE Acrostic Poem to help us remember to keep our attitudes in check.
This is fabulous!! I am always talking about attitude, but this makes it more clear and with verses too. Excellent resource.
